Event Description
Business plans provide entrepreneurs with a business "road map." It is a beneficial tool in measuring progress, success, and problem areas. It can also help business owners and mangers anticipate capital and equipment requirements.
The Ord Area Chamber of Commerce, Valley County Economic Development, and the Rural Enterprise Assistance Project (REAP) are teaming up to provide Business Plan Basics training for local entrepreneurs and business owners in Valley County. The course will cover several different areas including marketing, customer relations, financial management, advertising/promotion, and goal setting.
